We’ve had Complete Shutters Australia come out to our apartment on two occasions now for quotes to install new blinds in our lounge. Admittedly, we’ve been quite indecisive customers—starting off unsure of what we wanted and even changing our minds halfway through the process. Despite this, Marc and his team have been nothing but professional, patient, and incredibly creative in offering tailored solutions.

Every promise they made was delivered on, from providing ideas that aligned with our changing needs to offering a superb selection of products. They genuinely strive to find the best solutions for each individual home. For our apartment, we were looking for the perfect balance of style, heat retention during winter, and cooling for summer, all while staying within our budget. Marc’s expertise and advice have given us confidence, and we trust him completely.

We’re excited to have them transform our lounge later this year, and we highly recommend Complete Shutters Australia to anyone looking for excellent products and top-tier customer service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. CSA - quoted and installed cellular blinds a couple months ago in all your windows. Absolutely amazing service, communication and openness about the process, sourcing and installation of the blinds. This gave us so much confidence with their service and product, would highly recommend this family business and will use them again when we need more blinds!

Marc was amazing from the time I called to organise a quote to installation.
We purchased Veri blinds and with his knowledge of the product and guidance we could not be happier.
Marc even took photos of his blinds to assist us with our decision. Marc went over and above.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommend Complete Shutters Australia. We had plantation shutters installed in our house and I cannot fault the quality and design. Installation was also very quick and the company is easy to get a hold of and they were quick to answer any queries we had. I am very happy with my purchase and would happily use their services again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently had shutters installed in our home by Marc from CSA. These included very large floor to ceiling shutters and smaller ones too. Marc impressed us with his professional, prompt, reliable and friendly service from measuring through to installation. It was so easy and pain free. We will definitely recommend CSA to our friends.
